1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
⚠️ Due to the nature of packaging materials, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection by customer
- Used or opened items
- Custom printed products (e.g., logo stickers, custom boxes, branded materials)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
If approved, you will be guided on the return procedure.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund methods:
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as per customer preference)
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item received
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost
- In other cases, customer may be responsible for shipping charges
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom printed stickers, logos, or branding materials
- Bulk orders made on special request
- Clearance or discounted items
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank/mobile account
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us directly
