1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

⚠️ Due to the nature of packaging materials, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection by customer
  • Used or opened items
  • Custom printed products (e.g., logo stickers, custom boxes, branded materials)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or call: +92 313 4990014
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If approved, you will be guided on the return procedure.


3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund methods:

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as per customer preference)

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • In other cases, customer may be responsible for shipping charges

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom printed stickers, logos, or branding materials
  • Bulk orders made on special request
  • Clearance or discounted items

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank/mobile account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us directly
