At REHMAN ENTERPRISES, we are committed to delivering your packaging materials safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing time may slightly increase

2. Payment Policy (Important)

We operate on a 100% Advance Payment System.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) available
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa

3. Delivery Methods

We use multiple delivery options based on your location and order size:

a) Local Delivery (Lahore Only)

  • Orders within Lahore are delivered via rider service
  • Delivery time: Same day or next day (depending on order time and availability)

b) Nationwide Courier Delivery

  • We ship all over Pakistan using trusted courier services
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

c) Bulky / Large Orders (Built / Cargo Service)

  • For large or bulk orders, we use cargo/bilty services
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on city)
  • Customer may need to collect from the cargo terminal

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:
    • Order size/weight
    • Delivery location
    • Delivery method (rider, courier, or cargo)
  • Final shipping cost will be confirmed at the time of order

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched
  • For cargo/bilty shipments, relevant booking details will be provided

6. Delays & Responsibility

While we aim for timely delivery:

  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Courier company issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays

REHMAN ENTERPRISES is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide:

  • Correct name
  • Complete address
  • Active phone number

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos as proof

We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
